Alexander's Year

 Alexander was drafted to play Upward Basketball.  He hadn't planned on playing, but the team needed a few extra players so he agreed.  He has scored at almost every game.  He is more aggressive this year and is playing great defense.  

 After the Bluegrass in the Schools program at Sutton, Alexander insisted that he wanted to take fiddle lessons.  He already knew that the lessons were offered by the Bluegrass Music Museum.  The lessons are every other Saturday for ten weeks.  At the conclusion of the lessons the class will play at ROMP in June.  

Alexander continues to make great progress in reading.  He and Adam have almost completed all the books from the Chronicles of Narnia.  He takes Accelerated Reader tests on each books.  He has great comprehension and has well over 100 AR points so far.  He has already had his name in lights on the sign at his school.  We are so proud of him.
